Opus People Solutions are seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a design and property consultancy in Matlock.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying or a relevant degree
- Experience managing contractors' works & packages
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations
- Chartership preferable
