New Regional HR Business Partner role.

Are you looking for a new and exciting HR role?

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a UK based Insurance firm as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Business Partner.

The salary for this role will be up to £55k, depending on experience, plus a car allowance.

Hybrid working is available - 3 days per week from home. The right candidate will need to be able to commute to various UK based sites 2 times per week, when required.

HR Business Partner:

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting management with employee relations matters.
  • Leading on recruitment and new starter processes such as onboarding and inductions.
  • Reviewing existing HR initiatives.
  • Reviewing and implementing staff training and development opportunities.
  • Be able to provide support to the HR Director on TUPEs, and HR related projects.
  • Data analytics to support strategic vision and growth plans.
  • Reviewing of policies and process.
  • Employee data management.

Experience required:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and ER related processes.
  • A background in the professional services sector would be advantageous.
  • Experience supporting and coaching managers/ employees throughout HR related processes.
  • Experience of having an active involvement in HR projects and initiatives.
  • CIPD or HR related qualification, desirable.
  • Be able to commute to various sites across the UK, when required.
