Project Manager - Fit Out

A well established carpentry, joinery and fit-out company established in 1985 providing quality services on multi million pound commercial projects and and high end domestic premises around London and the South East seek a Project Manager with Joinery and Fit Out Experience preferably from working for a Tier 1 Sub-contractor. Location wise ideally Reading/Oxfordshire areas but you should be prepared to manage and visit projects based in London from time to time.

Project Manager Key Requirements

• Commerial Awareness
• Management and co-ordination of teams of Carpenters and Joiners
• Relevant Trade & Management Qualifications 
• Worked in a similar role
• Provide leadership to the team
• Delivering projects within timescale and budget
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality finish
• Excellent client facing skills

Project Manager Remuneration

Pay: £80,000 to £85,000.00 per annum plus car allowance
