Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing every facet of meal production, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints while meeting the expectations of our clients, company standards, and statutory regulations.

From menu creation to ingredient sourcing, kitchen workflow management, and quality control, you'll be at the helm, steering our culinary endeavours towards excellence and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all company and statutory regulations pertaining to health & safety, hygiene & fire are adhered to at all times
• Ensure a standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene as to comply with company and statutory regulator
• Ensure that all company and client contracts are acted upon in the manner which best serves the company interests
• Ensure only recognised company procedures as outlined in the company manuals are in place
• Ensure the production of food to the highest quality and service standards using current trends in cooking techniques al To develop and progress the business in line with high street trends
• Adhere to standard recipes and production planning in line with client numbers

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality food production
• Level 3 food safety
• Clean and well presented
• Pleasant and engaging team member Ability to lead the catering operation
