This is a great opportunity to work with like-minded practitioners whose main focus is to support the social, emotional and educational needs of each individual child.

The schools are looking to employ dedicated educators who have experience in the EYFS and/or with Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2 children, helping them to work towards their milestones and learning goals. We’re looking to provide our settings with full time staff, on a long term basis with the possibility of a permanent positions. The applicant should have some experience in dealing with challenging behaviours and be able to work closely with Teachers/Practitioners to help with the general running of the classroom and routines.

They need a proactive and inspiring individual to help 1 to 1 with their students who need extra academic and emotional encouragement and support. If you’re passionate about making a difference and making the learning environment a positive, fun and happy place for the pupils, then this could be the role for you.

The successful Teaching Assistant / Nursery Practitioner will have:

• Level 2/Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Early Years – Desirable
• Experience in Secondary/Educational settings – 6 Months+
• Excellent classroom management
• Patience and resilience
