Corporate Solicitor 6+ PQE
The Role: We seek an experienced Corporate Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join a top tier firm in their Manchester office. You'll manage your workload, assist on corporate transactions, and provide company law advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle corporate transactional and advisory work for diverse clients
- Support lead advisers and supervise junior lawyers
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate documents
- Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings
- Engage in business development and client meetings
- Train and develop junior team members
- Achieve financial and chargeable targets
About You:
- 6+ years PQE with proven experience in private M&A
- Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and drafting skills
- Self-motivated, with excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
