We are recruting remote recruiters with expeirence in the Healthcare recruitment market that are passionate and who have a clear understanding of the disciplines and can work with our clients and candidates on an informative but personable level. your role is to make a positive difference in the mental health sector by connecting the best talent with the best opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and ensure a good level of compliance for our private Hospitals 

• Work closely with the team to ensure that we are connecting the best talent with the best opportunities 

• Proactively contact prospective applicants for pre-screening calls and conduct video interviews to assess suitability for the role

• Support applicants throughout the Recruitment journey to maintain a high level of compliance, training requirements, references and DBS are in line with CQC safe recruitment practices

• Consistently uphold best practice and be a role model for the wider business

What we are looking for?

You must have experience working in Healthcare recruitment, preferably have your own clients and candidates. 

You must have strong customer service skills and enjoy speaking with people over the phone.

Ambitious positive attitude 

Strong ability to speak with both clients and candidates 

High level of attention to detail in understanding compliance, references and other key dimensions of the recruitment process
