Underpinning this, is the consistent teaching of people skills, and guidance to assist children develop their social, emotional, and personal abilities. The school is an innovative and inspirational place where both children and staff can learn, grow and develop.

The school is looking to take on a long term Maths / Mathematics Teacher from September on a full-time basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right person. The successful Maths / Mathematics Teacher will be working directly with students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Most of the young people are diagnosed with either Autism / ASD and can display behaviour that challenges.

The successful Maths / Mathematics Teacher will have:

- QTS

- Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically ASD, MLD, ADHD

- Experience supporting children through therapeutic practices
