ROLE – Assembly Technician
LOCATION – Ilford, Essex
TERM - Permanent
SALARY- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
My client is a specialist manufacturer within Sheet Metal Fabrication. They are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join their team in East Hampshire on a permanent basis.
The Mechanical Assembly Technician will ideally have the following attributes:

The Mechanical Assembly Technician will ideally have the following attributes:
- Ideally be experienced building high precision products and parts
- Knowledge of welding, fine assembly and measuring equipment
- A background in Manufacture would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Eager to train and develop their career in Engineering/Manufacture
- Mechanical assembly of a variety of high precision products and equipment
- Working to procedures and instructions
- Knowledge of sheet metal would be beneficial
- Testing and fault-finding
- Repair and calibration
- Communicating with different departments to resolve technical issues
