We are looking for a Security Guard to join us on a part time basis 24 hours per week in Croydon.

Your Time at Work
- To provide effective security provision to the site as noted within the site assignment instructions.
- To control the access and egress of staff, contractors and visitors in a professional manner
- To use the site computers effectively to not only book visitors and contractors that are visiting the site but also to send out inductions to future visitors attending the site
- Patrols are conducted regularly using the site patrol vehicle and on foot using the site patrol phone.
- To keep the gatehouse clean and tidy at all times
- To look professional and smart at all times and to be polite and courteous to security colleagues and staff.
- To be vigilant and proactive about the position they have.

Our Perfect Worker
- Must have good English speaking and writing skills.
- Confident, polite, and approachable.
- Must be proactive, alert, and willing to do extra service to meet the clients' needs.
- Must be happy to carry out certain ad-hoc duties which are non-security jobs.
- Must be willing to work days and nights including weekends and public holidays. Over time available (Shifts time 1430-2230 and 2100-0600)
- Must always wear a full uniform including a tie when on duty.
- Security experience and valid SIA badge are prefered
- Maid duties are patrolling the tram network and tram depot with other staff members to check antisocial behaviour ,assisting passengers and tram revenue officers when needed.
