Regional Sales Manager – (Hybrid)

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will report to our Regional Manager and collaborate with our Coventry, Leicester and Stoke branches to secure new business within our sector.

Package:

• Salary: Up to £37,000 basic
• Bonus: Uncapped bonus structure

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00 am – 5.00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads using all available resources
• Gather competitor information using all available resources
• Manage and expand your portfolio of target accounts
• Consistently achieve agreed monthly targets
• Participate in branch team meetings and individual review meetings
• Ensure the CRM system is fully updated

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in Recruitment with a successful track record in winning medium/large clients
• Proven sales success
• Strong account management skills
• Demonstrated overachievement in new business sales with volume users
• A valid driving license is essential
