Web Developer (x1 midweight / x1 junior level)

Salary: based on experience from £25k to £40k!

Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid)

We're seeking talented Web Developers to join a dynamic creative team. You'll play a vital role in crafting exceptional digital experiences that exceed client expectations.

Here's What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain engaging websites and applications.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect realities.
  • Ensure flawless cross-browser and cross-device functionality.
  • Implement responsive design principles for optimal user experience across all devices.
  • Contribute to a seamless workflow using version control systems (Git/SVN) and IDEs.

We Require:

  • From 1 to 3+ years of experience or a portfolio showcasing impressive coding skills.
  • Mastery of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with SASS, HTML5 markup, and building CMS websites (Craft CMS, Expression Engine, WordPress, Shopify).
  • Server management experience (cPanel/WHM).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Figma a plus.

Bonus Points for:

  • University degree in a relevant web/programming field (2:1 or higher).
  • Open-source coding experience and API integration (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • A basic understanding of JavaScript Frameworks (React.js, Angular.js).
  • Solid grasp of core software development principles.
