Sales Transition Manager

The role is for a relatively large IT recruitment business that have been around for 25+ years that predominantly provide contractors to clients worldwide but mostly in Europe. What they are looking for is a Sales Transition Manager that will coach the Key Accounts team. You will be responsible for taking Junior Account Managers through the process to Seniors and so forth.
The oppotunity would be ideal for someone with management experience that wants to take a step away from billing into a non billing role. The succesful candidate will have a deep understanding of Tech market also.
Requirements
- 6+ years of contract recruitment / sales experience
- Proven history of billing
- Experince having managed a team before
- Must be based in London or surrounding areas
