My client in Royal Tunbridge Wells, is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join its 38 bedded care home which specialises in Elderly and dementia clients. The home CQC is rated Outstanding overall. Care Assistants in this role will be working with Single or couple en-suites, communal living areas including an activity Lounge and a relax room. Provided with large or separate and quiet dining rooms
Details for the Senior Care Assistant Role
- Full time hours 36-48 per week
- Week 1 - 4 nights / Week 2 - 3 nights rota
- Progression for Senior Care Assistants
- Senior Care Assistants will be leading shifts and a team of Care Assistants
- Senior Care Assistants will be creating Care Plans and adminstering Medication
- Competitive Salary of £12.50per hour/ £13per hour on weekends

About You as a Senior Care Assistant;
- You will need excellent Communication Skills,
- Minimum requirement of an NVQ3 in health and social care.
