Role Overview: Under the guidance of a training partner, you will undergo a structured training program in assembly and inspection techniques. You will gain practical and theoretical skills for building and inspecting various assemblies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete three training phases to achieve competence in basic, general, and complex assembly techniques.
- Use technical specifications, methods, and drawings to build and inspect components.
- Inspect and test products using ATPs, inspection documents, and equipment.
- Monitor and ensure tools and equipment are fit for purpose and recalibrated as needed.
Skills & Characteristics:
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good education level (GCSE Maths, English, Science)
- Good verbal communication
- Manual dexterity
- Methodical and accurate
- Self-starter with team and independent work capabilities
- Engineering background desirable but not essential
