Salary: £60,000 to £70,000

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential and high-rise construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion with high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations.
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and policies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management for residential and high-rise projects.
- High End, Residential, RC Frame, High Rise, & Flat Knowledge & Experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
