Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for an E-Commerce and Merchandising Specialist to join the existing marketing team of a creative company specialising in in a unique consumer product with an established market in the UK and US. With a turnover of £10million and rising the company have grown exponentially in the last 5 years.

A competitive salary of c£40k is on offer with excellent benefits including hybrid working (ideally 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home). Reporting to the Head of Brand and Digital Marketing you will be working in a creative team of 5. You will enjoy a collaborative relationship with the product development team alongside other key internal stakeholders. The main objective for this E-commerce and Merchandising specialist’s role will be to ensure the D2C website is the best in its class with a positive user experience to maximise sales.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience updating and adding to a website (ideally WordPress)
• Knowledge of e-commerce systems - Magento would be ideal
• MS office skills with intermediate Excel
• Experience in SEO and Google Analytics
• You will possess strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Work experience within a digital marketing department or company

The E-commerce and Merchandising responsibilities will include:

• Updating website content in conjunction with marketing schedule and e-commerce strategy
• Uploading all product information and new product launches to the company website
• Ensuring all products are merchandised to achieve the best conversion rate and average order value
• Continuously looking to improve on customer experience by conducting monthly reviews
• Ensuring search function is optimised over new product launches.
• Reporting any day to issues with logging in or other technical issues to their external website support agency
