Research manager/ senior research executive Quant research background, using Q

3+ years hands on insight experience

This is a London based boutique consultancy, focused on strategic market research. They are very proud of their very interesting client base, working with some of the biggest brands in the world across the B2B and some public sectors.

Their mission is Inspirational insight, creatively delivered. This means no two projects are ever the same.  They use multiple methodologies to answer client briefs, whether that be semiotics informing a survey design or expert interviews to shape a sample definition, they’re all about finding innovative ways to solve client’s problems. They build creative outputs to turn data and insight into stories that will inspire clients.

Project management: Experience with all aspects of the project lifecycle, comfortable leading on smaller projects, with senior partner support

Reporting: Comfortable with interpreting data into tables and graphs (must use Q)

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

To develop proposal writing and client management skills, with the support from a senior partner

To learn and build skills

Need strong initiative

Managing the day-to-day of multiple research projects including timelines, fieldwork and analysis

Develop storytelling skills – finding the story in the data and communicating this with impact that inspires your clients

Will be supported by partners on survey writing, analysis, reporting and presenting

Will work closely with our in-house designer to produce unique and creative deliverables, and go beyond PowerPoint
