An excellent opportunity for an experienced Civils Planner or Senior Planner for a range of schemes ranging from £500k to £10 million.

This is an opportunity for a Tier 1 main contractor operating across the Yorkshire region looking to deliver working a range of projects including public realm, road layout and junction improvements, cycleways and pathways, general civils, groundworks and water projects.  

The Role
Produce, monitor and update programmes for projects at varying stages. Develop tender programmes with phasing plans, methodology, ensure correct programme sequence, with key dates. Working with NEC CI31, C132, and C162 contract requirements and JCT contracts. 
Liaising with design teams, specialist supply chain partners, and construction teams to obtain information, questioning and challenging information. 

Experience Required
Experience of planning civil engineering projects
A suitable construction qualification
Asta and MS Project experience
Good technical and H&S knowledge and its impact on project programming
