Sprint are looking for a Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our Equipment team. The successful applicant will be personable, organised and have an excellent phone manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with our existing customers through various channels to promote our products/services.
  • Ordering new equipment and coordinating deliveries.
  • Producing customer quotations.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to prioritise customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Utilize IT systems to maintain customer records and track sales activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience within the Commercial Catering Sector.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Exceptional customer services skills.
  • Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and generating reports.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks.
