Would you like to apply your Mixology skills in a Private Bar (not open to the public) set within the grounds of a prestigious residential development in SW London?

Our client is a major Property Group overseeing the management of new build communities and developments UK wide.

With responsibility for directly employing ALL staff across the private facilities under their management, they now seek an experienced Bartender / Mixologist as follows:

• Working on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (1030am to 1030pm) within a private “residents only” bar in SW London
• Full time permanent role, fully employed with a salary, pension, paid holiday and benefits.
• Providing a professional cocktail bartender / mixology service to regular private customers (residents)
• Maintaining a smart professional appearance at all times
• Building professional, friendly relationships with guests/patrons, providing a first class Cocktail experience at all times
• Keeping track of stock levels, guest access and bar policy
• Serving cocktails, drinks and other refreshments/snacks on request
• Keeping the bar clean at all times, including glass collection and surface cleansing etc.
• Complying with licensing law at all times (age verification etc.)

The successful Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist can expect a starting salary up to £33k plus generous paid holiday entitlement and benefits.
