Part-time Administrator

We are supporting a growing company based in Peterborough who are recruiting for a Part-time Administrator, working 20 hours a week over 5 days. The working hours can be flexible as you will be office based. In return for your hard work you will be offered a pension scheme, on-site gym and cafe, bonus scheme (after probation) based on overall team performance and free mortgage and protection advice, plus flexibility around working hours. Salary to be discussed upon application.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Supporting the Project Manager with administration and client support
  • Contract administration support
  • Preparing and issuing client invoices and supporting with credit control
  • Processing monthly payroll and pension payments
  • Assist with collating data for meetings
  • Purchasing support including travel and hotel requirements and equipment

This is a varied but busy role which for the right person would be viewed as exciting! This is a chance to support a growing company by using your existing skills within administration, communication and coordination. If you have previous support experience, plus you are organised and proactive and love a variety to your day then this could be the perfect role for you!
