Part time Housekeeper

Location: Cheltenham & Gloucester City Centre

Pay: £11.44 p/h to £12.50 p/h dependent on experience

Our client who manages deluxe holiday apartments within Cheltenham & Gloucester need 2 part time Housekeepers to join their team starting from July!

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the premises are cleaned to a very high standard. You will work as part of a cleaning team, covering Cheltenham and Gloucester town centres. The role involves turning around holiday lets within a short cleaning window. Therefore, candidates must be able to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Our client offers an hourly rate ranging from £11.44 p/h to £12.50 p/h, depending on experience. This is a part-time position working between 12-15 hours per week whilst training, this could increase to 20 hours per week. Monday & Fridays are essential, flexibility for over time is required. The contract is temporary-permanent after 16 weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Hoovering.
• Dusting.
• Mopping.
• Clean & Sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, common spaces and replenish supplies.
• Emptying bins.
• General tidying.
• Replenish and pack dirty linen to be sent to the external laundry company.

The ideal candidate will also possess a full UK driver's licence and have access to their own transportation, as occasional travel between Cheltenham and Gloucester is required.
