Mobile Service Engineer - Air Conditioning - Bristol, Gloucester (Mainly) & Midlands - Up to £45,000 (OTE up to £65,000)
8am - 4:30pm with overtime paid (including travel)
Ideal Qualifications
- City and Guilds 2079 FGAS Category 4
- City and Guilds Refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps
Experience
- Field Based experience in fault finding, repairs and PPM on all M&E systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Good knowledge of Legionella & L8 water temp testing
- Be experienced in low level statutory compliance tasks, inc. emergency lighting flick tests, monthly tap temp readings, meter readings, etc
- Should have a basic knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC Controls
Responsibilities
- Attend planned/scheduled PPM visits
- Attend to breakdowns and repairs
- Complete small installations
- Complete site surveys and assist in compiling tenders (materials/labour assessments)
- Participate in an on-call rota system
- Required to complete daily Job reports
- Providing client at site level with advice and clear explanations
- Providing advice and guidance to other engineers
