Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic consultant who has experience within the interim/contract recruitment space. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and expand our interim recruitment division, focusing on growing our interim offering for existing and new clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing the division, engaging in hands-on recruiting, business development, and driving business growth. This role will suit a Senior Consultant who wants more autonomy and an opportunity to develop further.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Grow Interim Offering: Lead the expansion of our interim recruitment services, identifying new business opportunities and crafting strategic plans to attract top talent and clients.
Hands-On Recruitment: Engage directly in the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and placing interim candidates to meet client needs.
Relationship Building: Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with clients and candidates to drive business growth.
Division Development: Establish and develop a high-performing interim recruitment division, setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions and team members to ensure a cohesive approach to recruitment and business development.
Contractor Management: Managing compliance, status determinations and contractor management alongside third party providers to offer comprehensive solutions to clients.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in interim recruitment, with a track record of success in a senior consultant or head of role. Industry skills can be taught but having worked contract roles is essential
* Strong business development skills and the ability to identify and seize new opportunities.
* Exceptional relationship management capabilities, with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction.
* Hands-on recruitment experience, with a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective growth plans.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
* Dynamic and flexible with the energy and drive to turn around briefs within short timescales.
