Position: Design Engineer
Location: Coventry
Salary: £35,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype Development: Engage in the product development process from concept through prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Engineering Drawings: Produce detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and build procedures for production with precision and attention to detail.
- Quality Documentation: Develop BOMs, data sheets, and other quality documentation to meet in-house requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve design issues efficiently.
- Testing: Scope and run a range of tests both in-house and with external test houses, including fire tests, nozzle testing, seatbelt harness tensile tests, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering design experience.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor CAD or similar software.
- Experience with Progress Plus or similar software.
- Desirable experience in CFD.
- Beneficial engineering test experience.
