Document Controller - Construction

Northeast
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 07:30 - 17:00
Contract - 55 weeks
Rate Negotiable depending on experience


I am really excited to be supporting a regional contractor in securing the operational team for a new construction project in the northeast.

They are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage the information flow on site.

The Role
* Control versions of drawings
* Manage drawing approvals to consultants and subcontractors
* Maintain drawing numbering protocol
* Maintain filing systems
* General Admin duties
* Some reception work
* Produce a Health & Safety file to be passed to the client on completion of the project

Requirements;
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;
* Extensive experience as a Document Controller
* Experience working in the Construction Industry
* Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Applications including Sharepoint
* Other beneficial systems experience would be ShareFile, ViewPoint or Procore
* NVQ OR Diploma in Business Administration or similar

This is a freelance position working via Search Consultancy for a 55 week duration.
The rate is negotiable depending on experience.
