Business Analyst

6 months contract – Competitive market rates  – Inside IR35 - London – 3 days on-site

Key Skills: Windows 11 rollout experience, Windows migration experience

The Role:

A global trading organisation is upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and needs an experienced Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and work closely with the Head of Infrastructure and the Project Manager to ensure the successful rollout of the upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various techniques such as interviews, work shadowing, surveys, and workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze data on the existing Windows 10 environment to establish a performance baseline.
  • Identify relevant external benchmarks to validate non-functional requirements.
  • Create test cases based on business requirements
  • Develop and document processes required to support Windows 11, including application management.
  • Collaborate with application owners to test and validate applications for compatibility with Windows 11.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for both end users and support teams.
  • Lead design discussions and initiatives within the team.
  • Design and oversee the migration process.

Key experience:

  • Previous experience with a Windows 11 rollout
  • Windows migration experience
