Customer Care Administrator

Full time, permanent position

Up to £26k DOE
 

My client, based in Sittingbourne is looking to recruit an experienced customer service administrator to join their fast paced, friendly team.

Duties will include:

• Answer first line customer service queries
• Support in any crisis management as required
• Assist in the development of the customer service log
• Liaise and work with all internal departments to support the resolution of customers queries and complaints
• Work with the order processing team where appropriate
• Assist with the on-boarding process for new customers 

The right candidate will have/ be:

• Have experience of working within a B2B customer service role
• Display exemplary communication skills
• Constructively champion the needs of the customer with internal colleagues
• Be proactive and demonstrate initiative

• Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and Outlook
• Be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities 
• Full UK driving license due to company location
