Time for Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Temporary Finishing Foreman for 4 weeks working on a housing project near Penarth .  Our client is a highly reputable world leading construction contractor who specialise in modular building methods.

This role of Finishing Forman  is due to start Monday 8th July 2024  for up to 4 weeks with a finish date for Friday 2nd August 2024

As Finishing Foreman you will report to the Site Manager and project manager  on a daily basis and you will assist with the finishing and snagging on a number of new build modular houses to the end of the project.

This is very much a fast paced , a site based role ( not in cabin doing paper work )  where your main focus will be driving the plasterers, painters, decorators and other finishing subcontractors  to finish on time and get this project over the line – at the very highest of finishing standards !!  

You will be a constant on site checking all subcontractors are performing to set standards and within the set time frame.

For this role it preferred that you have been a Finishing Foreman with New Build residential or modular  experience.

Previous experience:

• It is vital that you have been involved with new build residential projects from a  “Finishing’s” perspective.
• It is essential that you come from an internal trade’s background.
• SMSTS
• CSCS essential

Key responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of all internal finishing’s.
• Manage sub contactors to prioritise work
• Liaising with sub-contractors
• Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance throughout the Site.
• Ensure the Site team adhere ensure quality of works meets the clients’ demands.
• Previous Foreman experience for 2 years plus.

• You MUST be able to demonstrate a proven track record with previous employers confirming length of service and continuity of employment.

• Live within commutable distance of Ross on Wye
