Overview: A primary school in New Addington with a strong Catholic ethos is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 teacher for a part-time job share role. The successful candidate will work from Monday to Wednesday, starting in November 2024. Primary School Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students in line with the National Curriculum and the school's values.
• Collaborative Teaching: Work closely with your job share partner and other staff to ensure continuity and coherence in teaching and learning.
• Student Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Community Involvement: Participate in school events and activities, fostering a positive and inclusive environment in alignment with the school's Catholic ethos.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Must hold a valid teaching qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within Key Stage 2.
• Commitment to Ethos: A strong commitment to the school's Catholic values and the ability to integrate them into your teaching practice.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage time and resources efficiently to deliver high-quality education within a part-time schedule.
