Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity in the residential market? We are currently working with a leading residential developer, to help in their search for a Site Manager around the Weybridge, Surrey area. This will be on a 150+ unit, traditional build housing scheme.
Our client has many large traditional build projects across London, with a strong pipeline of work, so there would be no issues with the longevity of work. This project is set to be ongoing until after 2028, so you would overseeing all stages of the build.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Oversee the sub-contractors and labour force, keeping high health & safety standards.
- Achieve a high quality product across over 100+ units of traditional build houses.
- Keep the project on time and in budget.
- Oversee the build process from start to finish.
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Overseen multiple large projects.
- Worked on residential projects.
- Shown longevity in a number of previous roles.
