Are you looking for a middle leadership post where you can help the Geography Department develop while helping other Teachers progress as individuals and students achieve their respective targets?

Keen on tackling a challenge as the new Head of Department in an inclusive and diverse school where you can bring new ideas on board, get involved in the making and revamping of the curriculum?

I am currently partnered up with a Secondary School based in Barkingside, who are looking for a strong, hard-working and experienced Geography Teacher who is keen to progress and work as the new Head of Department, to help the school move forward through collaboration, training and updated CPD.

Having gone through challenges, this Barkingside based school are looking for a Head of Department who isn’t afraid to put their foot down, work hard, collaborate and help the cohorts move into their next stages in education with a strong foundation and great academics.

Head of Geography:

• Clear behaviour, safeguarding and personal development expectations

• Ability to teach up to KS4 

• Updated CPD, inclusive curriculum

• In-house training and further progression offered

• MPS-UPS Outer London + TLR 2C (£8,802)

• Parking on site – Train station within 10minute walk

• QTS
