Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate with Precision: Utilise HIAB cranes to load and unload goods safely and efficiently, showcasing your expertise.
  • Drive with Confidence: Safely operate HGV vehicles, ensuring secure and timely transport of goods to various destinations.
  • Inspect and Maintain: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and crane equipment to ensure peak performance.
  • Ensure Safety: Secure loads and maintain stability during transportation, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Stay Compliant: Follow all traffic laws and company policies meticulously, ensuring a safe journey every time.
  • Document and Communicate: Keep accurate delivery records and vehicle logs, and communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and site personnel.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Driver: Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E)
  • Certified Operator: HIAB certification with practical experience.
  • Experienced Professional: Minimum of 1 years of HGV driving experience, including HIAB operation.
  • Compliance Ready: Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
  • Safety Conscious: Strong understanding of safety protocols for HIAB operations.
  • Organized and Punctual: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible: Willingness to work various shifts,.
