We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in the South of England. They have an exciting opportunity for an experience Service Technician to join them supporting customers across Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Complete repairs and maintenance on customers equipment - including agricultural, construction and horticultural.
- Ordering of parts necessary for repairs, ensuring customer is kept up to date on the progress of their job.
- Utilise latest diagnostic software to identify issues including hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Record all service and repairs accurately.
- Support the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site or in the field.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Technician within the agricultural/construction/horticultural environment.
- Competent using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
