Key Responsibilities:

• Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across all year groups.
• Support individual and small group learning, adapting to the needs of each student.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare and organise classroom materials and resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and provide teachers with feedback on student progress.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in an education or childcare program, or a strong interest in pursuing a career in education.
• Willingness to work in all year groups, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
• Prior experience within schools such as from volunteering or placements is ideal but not essential.
