Role overview:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Design Manager to join a leading organisation within their Planned Maintenance division. You will work with and support the Design Manager / Senior Design Manager to help drive quality outcomes, enhance buildability and foster innovation.

Your day to day will look like:

  • You will work with the Design Manager to produce and manage the design programme
  • You will provide guidance to the Project team on any design related issues
  • Assist with resolving any design related queries with the design team
  • Assist in the production of the Proposals
  • Review design deliverables, which will include supplier elements and interfaces to ensure they are within budget are fully coordinated

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as the Assistant Design Manager
  • Social housing background (preferred)
  • On-site delivery experience
