I am proud to be working with a CQC ‘Good’ rated Domiciliary Care provider in Leeds. I’m supporting this client on their search for a Registered Manager. The perfect applicant will have experience of managing a Domiciliary Care service previously, having dealt with the day to day challenges that come with Home Care.
 
Salary package:
  • £35,000 + performance related bonuses.
  • 33 days annual leave.
 
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
  • To have overall responsibility of the service, reporting to the Director.
  • To maintain and build on the company’s relationship with the Council and CHC.
  • To lead on marketing the service.
  • To manage the branch’s compliance.
  • To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
  • To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
  • To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
 
Applicant Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Deputy Manager within a Home Care setting/Supported Living/Care Home setting.
  • Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
  • Must be a driver.
