Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using the Microsoft stack (C#, .NET, Azure, SQL Server).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the technological needs of our organisation.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software development leadership roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL Server.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working in the charity/non-profit sector.
