Job Advertisement: Pump Engineer

Location: Covering Sites around Southeast England
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible start and finish times available)
Salary Range: £40,000 - £42,000
Benefits:

Role Overview:

My client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanical/Pump Engineer to join their dynamic team, servicing sites across Southeast England. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work within a reputable company, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing pipe work and valves
• Removing and maintaining pumps, from small single-phase units to large three-phase pumps weighing up to 400kg
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience with pipe work and valve installations
• Expertise in pump removals and maintenance
• Capability to handle heavy lifting, although equipment is provided for extremely heavy units
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• No on-call duties
• Engineers have the flexibility to start early and finish early
