Commutable from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Evesham and Stratford-Upon-Avon areas.

You will work closely with the plant manager and be responsible for robust safety systems being in place.

This role is ideal if you already have H&S experience in a manufacturing environment or production experience with H&S responsibilities and are looking for the next step in your career.

Experience / Qualifications

• H&S ownership in a manufacturing environment.

• NEBOSH Cert qualified.

• DSEAR knowledge is an advantage.

• Manage continuous safety improvement projects.

• Lead the environmental team.

• Integrity and organisation skills.

• Positive and friendly but able to hold people to account on safety matters.

• Able to influence people across the business.

• Attention to detail.

• Great written and oral communication skills.
