Take a lead role to project manage autonomous robotic systems development

Have you ever wanted to be part of a technology revolution? This up-and-coming engineering start-up are by tackling how next-generation personalised medicines are developed via their modular autonomous factory platform.

They are recruiting across the board including hiring a Project Manager to join them to deliver their ambitious plans. The role would collaborate closely with their Programme Manager, technical leads, and development teams to meet milestones. To do this, project ownership is on offer (from inception to completion) including: developing project briefs with comprehensive plans / schedules; effective monitoring; capturing key learnings and wrapping up projects efficiently.

Unsurprisingly, the position requires good technical engineering understanding as well as strong influencing skills. As Project Manager, you’ll need to bring people together in collaborative teams, motivate and resolve conflicts. You’ll need to navigate other stakeholders expectations and influence for the betterment of the project. You’ll look to delivery project smoothly, but if not possible, look to mitigate risks.

Requirements:

• Graduating with an engineering or physics degree, you’ll have demonstrable sector experience with medical devices or complex electro-mechanical systems within a regulated industry.
• You’ll have worked as a Project Manager and can evidence successful delivery of projects.
• You’ll be familiar with quality standards (ISO 9001) and relevant quality management systems.
