REF 29032  –SUPPORTED LIVING MANAGER/REGISTERED MANAGER – REABLEMENT SERVICE– NAILSEA AREA - £28488 RISING TO £31,335 ON REGISTRATION + LEADING BENEFITS PACKAGE

Forest Care Selection are currently supporting an innovative and national charitable provider of a variety of care and support services for individuals with a physical and learning disability.

This provider has an opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee their specialist supported living service in the Nailsea area.

The Registered Manager in Nailsea will:

•             Oversee the running of this established service and ensure its continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

•             Supervision and development of an established staff team.

•             Implement systems and procedures designed to achieve positive outcomes for individuals with a disability.

•             Oversee the financial management of the service.

•             Liaise effectively with all external stakeholders.

The Registered Manager in Nailsea will need to have:

•             Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent.

•             Experience of budgetary management.

•             Experience of leading care/support teams.

•             Excellent communication skills.
