We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join their team and drive their quality assurance initiatives to new heights.


Position Overview: As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will take ownership of and lead all aspects of quality assurance framework. Your role is instrumental in ensuring that the programmes consistently meet the highest standards, adhere to regulations, and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Head of Quality in the development and implementation of the quality assurance processes and policies.
  • Establish and maintain a culture of excellence, setting clear quality benchmarks and targets.
  • Oversee regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance across all contracts.
  • Take the lead in quality assurance for sub-contractors, ensuring alignment with our clients standards.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to subcontractors to enhance program quality.
  • Set, measure, and review individual/team KPIs and performance targets.
  • Provide support to team members to ensure their effectiveness.
  • Conduct team reviews and appraisals.
  • Ensure team members maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers and can identify business opportunities for the whole company.
  • Authorise, plan, and monitor absences and holidays.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Assessor qualification or equivalent.
  • IQA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an educational quality role.
  • Experience of delivering training and support.
  • Experience of data analysis and producing reports.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding and Prevent.
  • Knowledge of the key principles of quality assurance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Apprenticeships and JGW+.
