Your new company

• Working for a Global leading Facilities Management provider, and Industry leader within M&E Building Services.

Your new role

• Working Monday - Friday (8-5) on-site in Slough
• Working alongside and reporting to the Contract Manager.
• Coordinating and providing Planned and Reactive maintenance for a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers using a CAFM / CMMS system.
• Ensure all necessary electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the team in a timely manner to meet internal and customer deadlines.
• Attending Meetings, Looking at Financial Performance, Invoicing, Customer Service, Helpdesk.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ Years experience in a similar role within Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook and ideally a CAFM or CRM system.
• Ability to manage meeting requests and other regular tasks
• Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as clients staff and colleagues
