The Marketing and Communications team are fundamental to the development and promotion of our Brand.  

We are looking for a Senior Content Executive to join on a permanent basis and support on the development and execution our social strategy. 

More about your role 

Reporting to the Content Manager, the Senior Content Executive is responsible for the supporting the development and implementation of content and social plans.  Working closely with Copywriters, you will ensure that all brand, marketing and service messages are user led in order to drive improvements in engagement, conversion and brand advocacy. 

You will be responsible for line managing a Digital Content Assistant(s), ensuring that their brand is established across various channels such as Twitter and Facebook.

In addition to staying up to date with the latest social media trends you will support the development of responses to briefs, giving solutions in order to achieve the required outcome. 

More about you 

As well as a proven track record of delivering  content and social campaigns, you will have experience and knowledge of social media channels and best practice. 

You will be self-motivated with excellent leadership qualities, capable of driving innovation and mentoring.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience delivering content and social campaigns using a range of communication approaches,
  • Experience and knowledge of social media channels and best practice - in particular Instagram and LinkedIn,
  • A proven track record of working with scheduling platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite,
  • Additional software tools e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics
  • Line management/ mentoring.
