Senior Project Manager – Leeds

Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Senior Project Manager. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Operations and on-site team.

Duties

• Providing insight and knowledge to the team and projects based on a proven track record of running efficient and profitable programmes of works, maintaining full compliance to Health and Safety legislation
• Effectively creating and maintaining the highest standards of service, encouraging high quality performance and results
• Oversee the site team, including members of management on the day-to-day running of projects and co-ordination and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers
• Actively create professional working relationships and lines of communication between clients, suppliers, and the team
• High Rise, Multiroom, Apartments, Student Accommodation experience ideal

Salary Details

-            Annual salary of £70,000 - £80,000 d.o.e
