About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both teachers and students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who need extra help.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supporting the development of educational materials and resources.
  • Assisting with classroom management and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their full potential.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who are not only experienced but also passionate about making a difference. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
  • A genuine interest in the academic and personal development of young people.
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
  • A relevant qualification or training in education or child development is desirable, but not essential.
