• Experience:
  • Site/Premises experience required.
  • School premises experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • General maintenance experience is essential.
• Skills:
  • Ability to complete general maintenance duties, minor repairs, refurbishments, porterage, and basic DIY tasks.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and ensure health and safety standards.
  • Fully Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is mandatory.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the school premises.
• Undertake minor refurbishments and ensure the school environment is safe and functional.
• Carry out porterage duties and support the site team with various tasks.
• Ensure the health and safety of the school premises.

• Committed, motivated, and hardworking.
• Ability to adapt skills to meet the school's needs.
• Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial but not required.
