We are working with arguably the North West's most successful contractor. They have built an enviable client base and have a reputation as the "go to" contractor on residential, commercial & healthcare schemes. They've asked us to source an experienced Administrator to join their Customer Care function. In this role you'll be tasked with liaising with clients post handover to discuss issues, log them effectively and ensure they are picked up and managed accordingly.

As the business continues to grow within the reason the role will involve and there may be opportunities to assist with other areas of the business.

What we are looking for:

  • We're looking for an experienced Administrator, this would suit somebody who's worked as either a Customer Care Administrator or a Site Administrator within the industry.
  • You'll be offered an attractive salary package, stability and the chance to build a career within a successful and growing business
  • This role is based in Warrington so you'll need to be able to commute to and from the office on a daily basis.
